Career as a fresher in corporate finance?

I am MBA Finance fresher & interested in corporate finance.I'v been meeting with so many job consultants nowadays but all my efforts seems to go in vain.All those experienced in corporate finance, I need to know how they shaped there career. every company is asking for experienced but we have to start from scratch to gain experienceI get so frustrated sometimes.I need to know what cpould be a systematic approach in getting into the world of corporate finance.
